Dr. Elko is a nationally known Performance Consultant, Speaker and Author. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Education and Coaching from California University of Pennsylvania where he later received the Alumni Professional Achievement Award in 2000. He went on to intern at the United States Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs. In Sports he has consulted for various Professional and Collegiate Teams and has earned 30 championship rings. Currently, he works with the University of Alabama Football Team, the Philadelphia Eagles and the University of Louisville Baseball Team among others. He has seven books published: Nerves of Steel, The Pep Talk, True Greatness, Touchdown, The Sender and The Sender Companion Journal and Believing is Seeing.
